It's not you that I wait for
It's that dream that I saw
Where you were there with me
In all my good and bad.
It's not you that I wait for
It's that wish that I had
To bring everything for you
Just to see you smile.
It's not you that I wait for
It's that hope that you will see
How hard it is for me to survive
When you are not there.
It's not you that I wait for
It's that prayer in my tears
To share my loneliness with you
And God never granted any.
It's not you that I wait for
It's my heart that I gave you
As in life I got nothing to call my own
My heart was the only thing I ever had.

CRICKET FOR PEACE
i remember the golden days
days we used to gether
on the pitch in the morning
n playing as a team together
the pain of losing toss
is still in my heart
but it always taught me
to hope for another start
to win n to lose
was a common thing
i learned to live
as a human being
we got scolded
when we broke glasses
we shouted our lungs out
on overthrows and wrong passes
competitors but not enemies
i had friends all around
we were together as one
there on the cricket ground
we win or we lose
c'mon lets say together cricket is for peace
we win or we lose
c'mon lets say together cricket is for peace

THE SCENARIO
Why everything is a formality?
Where the hell is reality?
Demons are all that I see leading sprituality
All they bother about is cast, creed, or nationality.
Relations fake affection all the time,
Still everything ends up on yours or mine.
Impure is the love that was once called divine,
Being nice to someone is now stupidity.
Money is the license to break the rule,
You lend a hand to someone and you are called a fool.
Emotions are now nothing but a tool,
Don't know where has hidden the humanity.
