i remember the golden days
days we used to gether
on the pitch in the morning
n playing as a team together
the pain of losing toss
is still in my heart
but it always taught me
to hope for another start
to win n to lose
was a common thing
i learned to live
as a human being
we got scolded
when we broke glasses
we shouted our lungs out
on overthrows and wrong passes
competitors but not enemies
i had friends all around
we were together as one
there on the cricket ground
we win or we lose
