Then I woke up with a surprised face
Looking at the people in the rat race
Thinking deep how I lagged behind
Coming up with nothing but one reason in my mind
I could never be an achiever

I went on with an idiotic thought
I should have said no but i could not
Like a fallen leaf from the tree
On the mercy of wind but seemingly free
Destined not to see the coming summer

With a faith that dreams could change the scene
A clean heart can make it all clear and clean
I got lost like Alice in the wonder land
Just to wake up with nothing left in hand
Although i knew the outcome as it was always clear
As i always knew that i am a stupid day dreamer.
